Revised assessment criteria and scheduled downtime, 13–16 November
Between 13 and 16 November 2026, we will introduce version 6.1.8 of the SundaHus assessment criteria. Product assessments in the database will also be revised. The entire SundaHus Material Data platform will be temporarily unavailable while this work is carried out.
The update affects both users working on property and construction projects and manufacturers and suppliers of assessed products.
What is changing?
One of the changes is that the C+ assessment rating will no longer be included in the new criteria version. Existing product assessments will transition gradually, so assessments based on earlier criteria versions will also remain in the database.
The criteria will also provide clearer descriptions of the requirements for documentation and disclosure of product composition.
What does this mean for you?
For products whose assessments are revised, the assessment result may change even if the product itself has not changed. This is relevant whether you use assessments to support informed product choices and document products in logbooks, or manufacture or supply these products.
Product assessments support informed material choices. How an assessment result affects the selection of a product depends on the requirements of the specific project or organisation.
SundaHus Material Data will be unavailable from 13 to 16 November
From Friday 13 November at 06:00 to Monday 16 November at 12:00 (CET), the entire SundaHus Material Data platform, including the Order portal, will be unavailable due to scheduled system maintenance as part of the update.
During this period, you will be unable to, for example:
search for products or access product information and assessments
open or work in logbooks
check compliance with project requirements in the platform
generate reports
order product assessments or reassessments.
Please plan your work and orders around the downtime and retrieve any information you will need during this period in advance.
